How to Keep Coffee Fresh:
Reduce Moisture Levels:
Excess moisture in coffee can lead to mold growth and quicker spoilage. An environment with consistent moderate humidity will preserve the beans for longer.
Prevent Air Exposure:
Exposure to air increases the rate of oxidation of coffee beans causing them to go stale and lose flavor. An air-tight container can preserve freshness.
Avoid Direct Light:
Exposure to natural or artificial lighting breaks down chemical compounds in coffee beans causing a reduction of aroma and flavor.

Being forced to buy in bulk leading.
Little ability to change flavors/roasts if grinder hopper is full.
Having to weigh out beans before grinding and adding to filter basket.
Beans go stale in hopper of grinder !
Weighing beans takes up time and space !
Too much coffee too consume before best buy date !
How can coffee beans be packaged to maximize consistency and flavor for brewing espresso coffee at home?
Preservation of flavor in coffee beans is dependent on the conditions that they are stored in. This packaging solution controls these variables and standardizes espresso shots through pre-dosed servings.
